LRI History
LRI was founded in 1998, dedicated to building leaders and leading organizations. LRI has grown steadily since its founding and today serves clients across the United States and around the world.
Eric Douglas, a former newspaper reporter, editor and publisher, founded LRI after becoming convinced of the need for a new kind of management consulting company. This "third way," as he articulated it, would blend facilitation and change management with analysis, expertise and best practices. His vision was that this would result in a consulting company that could truly improve client performance and develop high-performing organizations.
LRI has expanded since its early days with a handful of clients. Today LRI's client list spans small and large corporations, public agencies, and non-profit organizations.
